Submission Contract

Content Submission Agreement for FreeRocker.com

This agreement is between FreeRocker.com and the person who is legally entitled to submit this album/music (referred to in this agreement as the Artist/Composer/Author). FreeRocker.com owns and operates the FreeRocker.com Internet Radio Station and FreeRocker.com Music Store. This submission of audio content is particularly for the station FreeRocker.com unless otherwise stated by you while filling out he submission form below this agreement, saying that you would like to add you music to the online storefront operated by FreeRocker.com on behalf of you, the artist. These terms of agreement are considered absolutely NON-EXCLUSIVE and the artist retains ALL the rights to their own music. This agreement simply lets FreeRocker.com broadcast the Artist/Composer/Author's music on their behalf.

The Music or audio content submitted by the artist to FreeRocker.com is to be played on our on-air internet broadcasts via our radio streaming servers and/or for podcasting. For FreeRocker.com radio play, the Artist/Composer/Author agrees that:

1) The station functions only as a promotional vehicle for their audio content.
2) FreeRocker.com can use the artist's music in whole or in part for promotional purposes for the streaming radio station
2) The Artist/Composer/Author releases FreeRocker.com from any claim for performance rights that may be assigned to SOCAN, ASCAP, BMI, SESAC or any other global performance rights organization.
3) In addition, the Artist/Composer/Author understands that FreeRocker.com will actively promote the station and its artists and provide channels for product sales. However, FreeRocker.com makes no promises as to revenue streams or sales of the artist’s product as a result of broadcasting or podcasting of the submitted material. Artist inquiries and sales requests will be forwarded to the artist’s current website or email, unless submitting to the FreeRocker online storefront, then all sales inquiries will be forwarded to their page on that part of the FreeRocker.com website.
4) The Artist/Composer/Author/Publisher/Copyright holder also releases FreeRocker.com from any liability or claim in relation to the mechanical rights or recording rights in relation to recordings converted to mp3 or mp3 pro formats for streaming purposes.
5) The Artist/Composer/Author/Publisher IS the copyright holder of all the audio material to be submitted or has written permission from the owner(s) for this submission to broadcast on the internet radio station known as FreeRocker.com.
6) The Artist/Composer/Author/Publisher/Copyright holder has the right to cancel this contract (permissions for broadcasting or podcasting) of the audio material on a thirty day written notice. Cancellations can be forwarded by email to programming@freerocker.com.
